Jay-Z to Perform at Ryan Seacrest-Hosted iHeartRadio Music Festival

He will close out opening night of the two-day fest, which takes place Sept. 23-24 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. He and West released Throne last week, with the album shooting to the top of the iTunes charts in 23 countries.
