Why do people say lady gaga copies everyone?

i know, lady gaga is not original, but only in the sense that she was
not the first to do what she is doing.But people are acting as bad as
crazy gaga fans(something iam guilty of too). But people basically say
she has copied every single weird person before her.And

1. that is just flat out impractical for someone to copy so many
people

2. it is not fair how one can say gaga copied all those people yet see
no connection between the people she is copying.Why doesn't any one
think rosin murhpy copied grace jones or madonna?

3. why can't people just say she is another person on the list?just
because it isn't new doesn't mean it is bad?

4.Do you all not know that it takes more than one person to make a pop
star?

5. some of the example(if given any) are usually similar only in
color,not style.

I know that gaga has copied something,but only in the same way as a
Naruto fan making a shouen manga. Or a person who likes italian food
becoming an italian chef.It is inspiration, just like what is going on
with other people.

I will admit she has copied a few things (the thiller dance,a grace
jones outfit, a pic with a disc ball from rosin murphy, and the bolt
from david bowie).

If you can give me an honest to goodness example that is not the above
or something general to change my mind i would love it.
@dark: don't be dense. i was metaphorically comparing the situation of
inspiration.Iam a fan of naruto and gaga what do you expect XD. And
besides out of the few that she wore that can be compared to others
she has many more that can't.Besides if if 2 people where a red shirt
is the latter copying?
